Who we are
Lyrascent is a small sole proprietorship based in Sacramento County, California. Contact: hello@lyrascent.com.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, business name (optional), type of business, and any note you add. Because the form sends an email from your own account, we also receive your email address and the time it was sent. Our web host may keep standard server logs.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the waitlist and a free demo, and to understand what local businesses need. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.
Who sees it
Only the owner of Lyrascent and the tools we use to store and send email. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after we last contact you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop receiving email, at any time by writing to hello@lyrascent.com. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Third parties
This site does not use advertising, analytics or third-party fonts. The waitlist form sends what you type to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form service that emails it to us. If that service is unavailable, the page offers a ready-written email in Gmail, Outlook or your own email app instead, and your email provider and ours handle that message.
Live demo chat
If the live demo chat is available, what you type in it is sent to our demo server (hosted on Cloudflare) and to Anthropic, the AI provider that writes the replies. The chat is about made-up businesses, so please do not type real personal details. We do not save your messages. To limit use, we keep anonymous counters and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to two days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change and show the date at the top.
