What does Lyrascent do?
We put an AI chat assistant on your website. It answers customers from facts you approve, takes their details and emails you each request. We also build simple, fast websites.
Does it answer phone calls or send text messages?
No. It chats on your website. Requests reach you by email.
Can it book appointments?
It collects the request with a preferred day and time and sends it to you. You confirm. It does not put anything on your calendar by itself.
Will it quote prices to my customers?
Not unless you approve the exact wording. By default it says you will send an exact quote.
What languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese and Tagalog. You get each request in English with a short summary. AI translation can make mistakes, so you can always read the original chat.
Do you keep the chats?
We do not save chat text. An AI service processes each message to write a reply. A chat reaches the owner only if the visitor presses the send button. See the privacy notice.
What does it cost?
